What is your Shipping and Return Policy?

Shipping & Delivery:

ChicGele currently uses United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail for all shipment and Priority mail international for all International mail. 

All of our national mails take 1 to 2 business days (not including weekends & holidays) to process.  Once processing is complete your package is shipped out and it is to be received in no more than 3 business day after shipment is complete.

International mail delivery is solely based on the country of destination mail practice. 

ChicGele.com is not liable for any customs fee that is applied at your specific country of delivery.

The Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase

All orders can be tracked through www.usps.com within 24-48 hours after shipping confirmation has been sent to you. 

Return Policy:
At ChicGele we have a firm commitment to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer services. While it is our goal to accommodate all our customers’ requests, we unfortunately do not issue refunds and/or exchanges.  Feel free to contact us to make necessary inquiries before placing your order.   

While ChicGele has an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy, we do make concessions for order cancellations within 2 hours of placing order, or before shipment of product (whichever occurs first). Concessions such as: full refund, or credit towards future purchases.

We may ONLY refund your money or exchange your item if a wrong item was sent.

For wrong item sent, please be certain to contact us as soon as possible
You must contact ChicGele at info@chicgele.com within 5 business days of receiving the wrong order.
Once wrong item is verified, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
All returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the RA#.
Only packages with RA# should be mailed to the address below with number clearly written on the outside of the package.
